What we can do together

Be the person who brings people together.

Put your local knowledge to work

You know where people meet and which spaces feel right. Help find venues, connect with local communities and build interest in your events.

Host an evening with a purpose

Welcome guests, explain the game and help the room settle in. Guided conversations, group rotations and optional private matching give the evening its structure.

Share in what you build

City hosts receive a share of event revenue. We agree the split, responsibilities and event costs together before your first event.

From an idea to an evening

Start with
a conversation.

  1. 01

    Introduce your city

Tell us about yourself, your local connections and your experience bringing people together.

  2. 02

    Make a plan together

We discuss the venue, audience, hosting responsibilities and revenue-share arrangement.

  3. 03

    Host your first hello

Prepare your first datezero evening with an agreed plan, then help your local community grow from there.

A few things you might be wondering.

Who makes a good city host?

Someone warm, dependable and comfortable welcoming a room. Event or community experience helps, along with local knowledge and time to help organise and promote each evening.

What is the revenue share?

The share is agreed individually before an event, alongside costs and responsibilities. Tell us about your city and we can talk through what the arrangement could look like.

Can I simply use the game at my own events?

Yes, that is a different partnership. The event-organiser route is for licensing the datezero game for events you run independently.

Let’s make it happen

Let’s put your city on the calendar.
